Case Study - Saving Money Through Maintenance

Here we look at a site that was operating from 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday and they had 4 cassette split systems providing heating and cooling operating most of the year round.

Their Annual running costs should have been around £3,200.00 Per Annum. When we arrived on site, we found the systems so poorly maintained that this would have been costing them an extra £960.00 based on drawing 30% more energy.

The cost of maintaining these systems would have been £360.00 Per Visit, twice Per Annum - Total Cost of £720.00.

So it would have actually saved the client around £240.00 on the previous year to have had their systems maintained.

This would have also provided a more comfortable environment for the staff and their customers.
